From American inspired BBQ Sharing Platters piled high with smokey ribs, wings,chicken and pulled pork pit beans to our Italian inspired pizza parties where guests learn how to stretch dough and create their very own pizzas and watch them cook on the flames - ideal for Family Celebrations.
We offer both set menus and fully bespoke catering packages, giving you the freedom to choose a tried and tested menu or collaborate with our very own pitmaster to design a fully unique over fire experience.
Whether its a garden party at home or venue, wedding evening, christening or corporate event our food is interactive, sociable and unforgettable.
All food cooked on site using a combination of outdoor grilling equipment including Charcoal Tandoor, Plancha, BBQ Smokers and Pizza Ovens all adding to the atmosphere of your event.

Depending on Menu selected we bring the whole set up with us Tandoor, BBQ Smoker, Plancha and Gozney Pizza oven to allow you and your guests to be part of the action.
Our 3m x 3m Gazebo allowing us to cater outdoors all year round. Food service can be indoors but an outdoor area at least 3m x 3m is required.
FAQ-
What space do you require outdoors?
Answer - As standard we require min 3m x 3m Space outdoors to house our cooking equipment. We bring our 3m Gazebo as standard due to the British Weather
Can we hire you all year round?
Yes although the summer months get booked up very quickly we do operate all year round and in all weathers where it is deemed safe to do so.
Can you cook outside of the venue whilst the party is inside?
Absolutely when the weather is great it is nice for your guest to enjoy the cook however we are able to cook outdoor for indoor service.
Do you offer a Gluten Free / Vegan / Vegetarian menu?
Yes, we are please to offer most of food options as Gluten Free including our Gluten Free Pizza. We would recommend contacting us directly to run through all the alternatives.
How long prior to the event starting will you require access?
As its all outdoor equipment we arrive 1-2 hours prior to event start to ensure we are fully up and smoking by the time your guest arrive.
